The Website is operated by Sunehri By Simran™, a business established in Belgium. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

3. Use of the Website and Eligibility
Use of this Website is permitted only for lawful purposes. By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree not to misuse the Website, submit false or fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or security, upload harmful code, or infringe our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Products and Orders
We sell handmade, custom-made traditional Southeast Asian garments produced according to the measurements and specifications provided by you. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or finishing may occur and do not constitute defects.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment failure, or product unavailability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be contacted and offered an alternative or a full refund.
Production typically begins within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR, USD, CAD, and INR and include applicable taxes, including VAT where required under EU law. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Worldline/KBC, PayPal, or bank transfer. We do not store full payment card details.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are manufactured and shipped from India, primarily using the Indian Postal Service. We ship worldwide, including within the European Union. Free shipping applies to orders over €500; shipping costs for lower-value orders are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on production timelines, customs procedures, and carrier performance. While delivery estimates do not constitute a binding obligation, we aim to deliver orders within approximately 20 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking code will be provided on the day of dispatch. Import duties and taxes are generally handled by us, though local regulations may still apply in certain countries.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Production generally begins after 24 hours from order confirmation. Cancellations requested after a 24 hour period will incur a minimum fee of 20% of the order value to cover production and preparation costs.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products
Because our products are custom-made based on your individual measurements, returns or refunds for change of mind are not permitted.
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases of manufacturing defects or items damaged upon delivery. Any such issues must be reported within seven days of from the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier according to the official tracking information. Claims must be supported by clear photographic evidence of the item and its original packaging. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
Damage caused by improper washing, incorrect care, normal wear and tear, or alterations performed by third parties is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
9. Warranty, Repairs, and Lost Shipments
Where a confirmed defect is attributable to us, we will offer a repair or replacement at no cost. Repairs requested after delivery for reasons not covered by warranty will be charged to the customer, including shipping costs. Parcels lost or damaged due to third-party carriers will be replaced where reasonably possible.
10. Marketing and Communications
By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your purchase. Promotional communications, such as newsletters featuring new arrivals or seasonal promotional codes, will be sent only if you have given explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email, after which you will no longer receive such communications.
11. Guest Checkout
The Website operates on a guest-checkout basis only. No customer accounts are created or maintained.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including designs, images, photographs, logos, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Sunehri By Simran™. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect statutory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law.
14. Events Beyond Our Control
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, transport failures, or governmental actions. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events.

16. Dispute Resolution

17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law and applicable European Union regulations.
