1. Custom-Made Products and Change of Mind
All products offered by Sunehri By Simran™ are custom-made based on the measurements and specifications provided by the client. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted once production has started. Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, as production generally only starts after this period. This allows customers to make any changes or corrections without affecting materials. After 24 hours cancellations for change of mind are not permitted, and a minimum cancellation fee of the order value will apply. See Section 2: Order Cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation and Modifications
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun. After 24 hours any cancellation will incur a minimum fee of 20% of the total order value. Any additional changes requested after production has begun may incur extra charges depending on the stage of production. If production is significantly advanced, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible. Customers will be notified via email when production begins to ensure clarity regarding cancellation rights.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the case of manufacturing defects or items damaged upon delivery. Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel and must include clear photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the original packaging. Claims reported after this 7-day period may not qualify for a full refund or replacement. Only items delivered in their original condition, without alterations or use, are eligible for claims. Customers are encouraged to report any delivery damage to both Sunehri and the carrier immediately to support claims.
Refunds or replacements for defective or damaged items will generally be processed within 14-30 days of receiving your claim and verifying the defect. If the refund depends on a third party, such as a shipping carrier or supplier, the processing time may vary according to their timelines, and the customer will be notified accordingly. If the refund is issued directly by Sunehri, it can take up to 14 business days to process.
4. Wear, Use, and Care
Each garment is delivered with detailed washing and care instructions, which must be followed carefully. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, incorrect use or handling, or alterations or repairs by third parties is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Any damage reported two months after delivery will generally be assessed as wear and tear, unless a clear manufacturing defect can be demonstrated. Failure to follow the provided care instructions will void any claim for defects or damage.
5. Timeframe for Claims
All claims must be made within two months of delivery, as any damage reported after this period will generally not be considered. This ensures timely assessment of defects and protects both the customer and the business.
6. Legal Notice
This policy applies specifically to custom-made goods. Statutory consumer rights relating to manufacturing defects remain unaffected under applicable Belgian and EU consumer protection laws. By placing an order with Sunehri By Simran™, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
